Trivet Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 18, 2026
Trivet does not collect any data. There is no account, no server, and no analytics. Everything you put into the app stays on your iPhone.
What Trivet stores
Your timers, your saved presets, and your settings are written to a private container on your device that the app shares with its own Lock Screen widget. Nothing in it is transmitted anywhere.
What Trivet does not do
- No account or sign-in of any kind.
- No servers. The app contains no networking code and makes no network requests.
- No analytics, crash reporting, advertising, or third-party SDKs.
- No tracking across apps or websites, and no advertising identifier.
- No access to your contacts, photos, location, microphone, or health data.
Permissions
Trivet asks for one permission: notifications. It needs this so an alarm can ring when a timer finishes while the app is closed or your phone is locked. Notifications are scheduled and delivered by iOS on your device. If you decline, the app still works, but it can only alert you while it is open.
Purchases
Trivet Pro is a one-time purchase handled entirely by Apple. Apple processes the payment and tells the app whether the purchase is active. The developer never sees your name, payment details, or Apple Account. Apple's handling of that transaction is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Children
Trivet is rated 4+ and is safe for all ages. Because it collects nothing from anyone, it collects nothing from children.
Deleting your data
Deleting the app from your iPhone removes everything it stored. There is nothing held anywhere else to request or erase.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. If a future version of Trivet ever collects anything, that will be stated here and in the App Store privacy label before it ships.
